Client Advisor - Contact Center

As a Client Advisor at our Contact Center in Parsippany, NJ, you will play a crucial role in supporting Tiffany clients by delivering luxury client experiences and sales across multiple contact channels. Your passion for Tiffany's history and products will be conveyed in every conversation, laying the foundation for building long-term client loyalty.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Deliver elevated, positive, and high-energy client experiences aligned with Tiffany core brand values across phone, email, and live messaging channels.
• Consistently resolve client matters effectively and empathetically.
• Escalate matters with urgency to ensure prompt and client-centric resolution.
• Initiate proactive and relevant product recommendations for clients.
• Demonstrate brand awareness, storytelling, and product knowledge to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Build personal connections with clients and collect relevant information for long-term relationship building.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and processes.
• Communicate with passion and authenticity using elevated verbal and written language.

• Sales experience required.

• Strong computer experience working on multiple software platforms.
• Ability to multitask across phone, email, and live message platforms.
• Flexibility to work a varied 5-day in-person schedule including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States on site.
• Preferred contact center experience, preferably in retail.
• Luxury experience and knowledge of the jewelry industry preferred.
