Client Advisor, Contact Center

Summary

Client Advisor in the Parsippany contact center responsible for delivering luxury, best-in-class client experiences and achieving sales targets across phone, email, and live messaging channels. The role requires elevated verbal and written communication, product knowledge, and passion for the brand to build long-term client relationships and drive conversions. This is an in-person position with commission eligibility and a varied five day schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and conversion goals
• Deliver elevated, high-energy client experiences aligned with brand values
• Handle inbound and outbound client interactions across phone, email, and live messaging
• Provide product recommendations and storytelling to support sales and satisfaction
• Resolve client matters empathetically and escalate urgent issues when needed
• Collect client information to support long-term relationship building
• Ensure compliance with company policies and processes
• Communicate with passion and authenticity in all written and verbal interactions

Requirements

• Sales experience, preferably in a contact center or retail environment
• Client first mindset with strong customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High energy, passion, and brand enthusiasm
• Strong computer skills and ability to use multiple software platforms
• Ability to multitask across phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Flexibility to work varied in-person schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Authorization to work in the United States
