Client Advisor Contemporary

Summary

Serve as a trusted style confidante by cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement. Sell to clients both in-store and digitally using technology and omni-channel tools while achieving personal sales and conversion goals. This role is onsite and reports to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert styling and brand knowledge to clients in person and remotely
• Use digital tools social media and store technology for outreach and selling
• Utilize omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs
• Achieve personal sales client conversion and wardrobing goals
• Strategize individual business to increase productivity through outreach and technology
• Create a positive collaborative work environment with colleagues
• Demonstrate a customer centric mentality in all interactions

Requirements

• Experience in styling fashion and fashion retail
• Experience with digital selling tools and technology
• Commission sales experience
• Ability to set and achieve sales goals
• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Flexible work schedule and ability to work onsite
