Client Advisor - Copley

Summary

The Client Advisor provides outstanding customer service and drives sales through product knowledge and operational excellence. This role crafts exceptional client experiences, builds and maintains client books, and supports store operations and visual standards. The position requires flexible availability including some nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all Client Advisor metrics and CRM requirements and meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
• Build and maintain client books; manage client correspondence and follow-through on inquiries and special requests.
• Use POS and inventory systems accurately and update the customer database.
• Participate in stocking/restocking, regular store maintenance, and may open/close the store as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code, visual standards, loss prevention, and health and safety guidelines.
• Assist with repairs, special orders, returns, and support training of new Client Advisors.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Strong drive for results and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use POS systems and inventory management functions; RTW experience preferred.
• Foreign language skills a plus; ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Organizational skills, strong digital literacy, minimum High School Diploma, and ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
