Summary
The Client Advisor is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving individual and store sales goals through product knowledge and strong operational execution. This role supports client relationship development, maintains visual and store standards, and contributes to overall brand excellence at the Copley Place location.
Responsibilities
- Achieve client advisor metrics CRM requirements and meet or exceed sales goals
- Build and maintain client books and follow through on client inquiries and concerns
- Assist with special requests including repairs special orders and returns
- Use POS system accurately and update customer database
- Participate in stocking restocking and regular store maintenance
- Support opening and closing procedures and attend morning team meetings as needed
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code grooming and uniform standards
- Assist in maintaining visual standards with direction from visual merchandising and management
- Participate in training new client advisors and monthly team meetings
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience retail experience luxury retail preferred
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to use POS system and inventory management functions
- Organizational skills and digital literacy
- Flexible availability including some nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift boxes up to 10 lbs
- Ready to adhere to loss prevention health and safety standards
