Summary

Provide an exceptional luxury retail experience by delivering the brand's client-first service and cultivating long-term client relationships. Drive store sales by meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual targets while demonstrating expert product knowledge and personalized service. Maintain professionalism on the sales floor and contribute to a welcoming in-store environment.

Responsibilities

• Embody the brand and deliver memorable client interactions using personalized selling techniques.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales plans and contribute to key product pillar performance.
• Capture and maintain accurate client data and follow up to cultivate new and existing clientele.
• Deliver elevated hospitality and execute in-store experience best practices to act on client feedback.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail or relevant client-focused roles such as hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving sales results.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking tools and Microsoft Outlook/email; authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college/university degree, GIA coursework or Graduate Gemologist credential, and proficiency in multiple languages.
