Client Advisor - Costa Mesa

As a Client Advisor at Vacheron Constantin in Costa Mesa, you will play a crucial role in building client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. You will act as an Ambassador of the Maison, achieving sales targets and developing a client portfolio.

• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets.
• Cultivate strong client relationships and develop new clientele.
• Provide expert product knowledge and exceptional customer service.
• Assist with customer service needs and maintain brand standards.
• Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking.
• Comply with security and operational policies and assist with boutique operations.
• Participate in inventories and assist with special projects.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
• General knowledge or interest in timepiece movements.
• Strong customer service skills and excellent computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
• Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.
