Summary
Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional luxury retail service at the Las Vegas Crystals location, driving sales through client outreach, appointments and maintaining strong client relationships while supporting store operations and visual standards.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and appointments.
- Develop new clients via appointments and consignments and inform clients of new collections and events.
- Use established client journey and selling techniques including cross-selling and upselling to maximize transactions.
- Maintain and update client profile records and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Support store opening and closing procedures and assist with cycle counts and light cleaning as needed.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards including merchandise presentation and signage.
- Continuously build product knowledge through training resources.
- Work closing shifts, scheduled Saturdays and Sundays, annual inventory and holiday season as required.
- Perform light lifting and be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished professional appearance and team oriented attitude.
- Ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
- Available to work specified weekend and closing shift requirements and during peak seasons.
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages of 5-8 lbs regularly.
