Seeking a Client Advisor to build and sustain luxury client relationships at our Las Vegas Crystals location by delivering personalized service, achieving sales goals, and representing the brand with deep product and heritage knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales objectives
- Provide outstanding personalized customer service and build enduring client relationships
- Use CRM tools to gather and record customer data and maintain an accurate client book
- Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes
- Support visual presentation and uphold brand image and standards
- Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom and assist with housekeeping
- Assist with shipping receiving and inventory control as requested
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster open communication and a positive workplace
- Address client issues including shipping and alterations and follow up on inquiries
Requirements
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment
- Proven history of exceeding individual and store targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
- Team oriented with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast paced environment
- Adaptable to diverse customer needs and flexible scheduling including evenings weekends and holidays
- Foreign language knowledge is a plus
