Client Advisor

As a Client Advisor at Dolce & Gabbana Chicago Boutique, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving both individual and store sales goals. This role requires a strong understanding of luxury retail, a passion for fashion, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while maintaining the brand's image and standards.

• Provide impeccable service to clients and act as a true ambassador of the brand.
• Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations and ensure smooth execution of the sales ceremony.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and communicate the brand’s heritage and values.
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach and use of clientele tools.
• Support merchandising, shop floor maintenance, and visual presentation standards.
• Oversee the organization's sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
• Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor.

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in women's and men's ready-to-wear.
• Results-driven with leadership capabilities.
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
