Job Description

Summary

As a Client Advisor at Louis Vuitton Saks Dadeland, you will be an ambassador of the brand, delivering exceptional client experiences and building long-lasting relationships. You will tailor each client's experience to elevate their impression of the brand, ensuring every interaction reflects Louis Vuitton's values and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience by understanding and fulfilling clients' needs and preferences.
  • Represent the Louis Vuitton brand with passion and enthusiasm.
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals through effective client engagement.
  • Learn and master brand and product knowledge across all categories.
  • Leverage clienteling tools to develop long-term relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a high-end or luxury market.
  • Strong strategic sales and commercial mindset.
  • Passion for building and maintaining meaningful relationships with clients.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve performance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
