Responsibilities
- Proactively engage clients to build rapport and long-term relationships.
- Deliver personalized, elevated service and drive repeat business.
- Use storytelling and product knowledge to guide client purchasing decisions.
- Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create selling opportunities.
- Accurately process POS transactions and capture client information.
- Participate in stock maintenance, inventories, and store administration.
- Uphold visual display and grooming standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to achieving sales KPIs.
- Adhere to loss prevention policies and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of luxury fashion sales or similar customer service experience.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and build lasting client relationships.
- Strong communication and commercial awareness.
- Passion for fashion and deep product knowledge.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
