Summary

As a Client Advisor at the Dallas Northpark store you will represent the brand in every client interaction, delivering an elevated in-store experience and building long-term client relationships. You will drive sales by meeting or exceeding store commercial targets through clienteling, appointments, and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized client experiences and cultivate repeat business through clienteling and appointments
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Capture and maintain client data and follow up to grow outreach business
• Convert clients through discovery and styling conversations focused on key product pillars
• Support in-store hospitality and execute elevated selling ceremonies

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality roles
• Proven track record of achieving commercial results and meeting sales targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a diverse client base
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking tools, and email
• Authorization to work in the United States
