Summary

The Client Advisor embodies the brand through exceptional client interactions, builds and nurtures client relationships to drive repeat business, and consistently achieves store commercial targets. This role delivers elevated in-store experiences, connects with clients to style and guide purchases, and leverages clienteling and POS systems to grow business.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experiences using a personalized sales approach.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat sales and loyalty.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
• Capture and maintain client data using POS and client tracking systems.
• Convert clients through discovery and consultative selling in appointments.
• Drive business through key product pillars and tailored recommendations.
• Execute hospitality and store amenities to create memorable in-store moments.
• Work non traditional hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client related experience such as hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial results.
• Ability to connect with diverse clients and build rapport.
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking tools, and Microsoft Outlook email.
• Flexibility to work non traditional hours including weekends and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• College or university degree preferred.
• Proficiency in multiple languages preferred.
