As a Client Advisor at the Desert Hills Outlet, you will be a key representative of Dolce & Gabbana, providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with clients. Your role will involve tailoring the client experience to exceed expectations and supporting the team in achieving sales goals.

• Provide impeccable service and act as a brand ambassador, ensuring clients are treated according to Dolce & Gabbana standards.
• Tailor the client experience and mentor team members to ensure smooth sales operations on the shop floor.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and serve as a role model by prioritizing client interests and achieving sales targets.
• Proactively use clienteling tools to achieve individual and store goals, enhancing and developing the business.
• Monitor and update CRM to build and retain client relationships and identify potential clients.
• Source new clients using CRM tools and maintain productive long-term relationships with loyal clients.
• Oversee sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
• Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor.

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in women's and men's ready-to-wear (RTW).
