As a Client Advisor at the Desert Hills Outlet, you will be a key representative of Dolce & Gabbana, providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with clients. You will utilize your expertise in luxury retail to exceed sales targets and enhance the client experience.

• Provide impeccable service and act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every client is treated according to Dolce & Gabbana standards.
• Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations and support the team in smooth sales operations.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and serve as a role model by prioritizing client interests and achieving sales targets.
• Proactively use clienteling tools to achieve individual and store goals, enhancing and developing the business.
• Monitor and update CRM to build and retain client relationships and identify potential clients.
• Source new clients using CRM tools and maintain productive long-term relationships with loyal clients.
• Oversee sales policies, objectives, and initiatives, and assist in merchandising and shop floor maintenance.

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in women's and men's ready-to-wear (RTW).
