Client Advisor Designer Handbags

Summary

Provide elevated client service and personalized styling for designer handbags through in-store and digital channels, building lasting client relationships and achieving sales goals. Role is onsite and reports to the Sales Manager, using store technology and omni-channel tools to engage clients both in person and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate client relationships through elevated selling and personalized engagement
• Deliver expert styling and product knowledge for designer handbags
• Use digital selling tools social media and omni-channel inventory to reach clients
• Perform outreach and wardrobing to drive traffic and sales
• Achieve personal sales conversion and productivity targets
• Collaborate with team to create a positive work environment
• Adapt presentation based on whether client is remote or in person

Requirements

• Experience in fashion styling or fashion retail
• Commission sales experience with proven sales motivation
• Comfortable using technology and digital selling tools
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexible availability to meet client and store needs
