Client Advisor, Designer Handbags - Westchester

Summary

Sell designer handbags through elevated customer service and personal engagement while building lasting client relationships. Use in-store and digital tools to provide styling advice, achieve sales and conversion goals, and support omnichannel inventory and outreach. This role is onsite at the specified store and reports to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients through personalized selling and styling.
• Deliver expert styling advice and product knowledge for designer handbags.
• Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and drive traffic.
• Utilize omnichannel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs.
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals.

Requirements

• Experience in fashion retail, styling, or selling designer products.
• History of commission sales and meeting sales goals.
• Comfort and experience using technology for digital selling and outreach.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible availability to meet store scheduling needs.
