Summary

Part-time Client Advisor role in a luxury retail store delivering personalized service and cultivating long-term client relationships. The advisor will represent the brand, provide product expertise across categories, and use clienteling tools to drive sales and client retention. This role is customer focused and suited to candidates with retail or customer service experience and a commercial sales mindset.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales objectives and goals
• Learn and master brand and product knowledge
• Advise clients across all product categories
• Provide tailored and memorable client experiences
• Develop and maintain long term client relationships using clienteling tools
• Act as an ambassador for the brand in store interactions
• Contribute to a fast paced luxury retail environment

Requirements

• Previous retail experience preferred, ideally in high end or luxury market
• Strong customer centric background considered
• Commercial sales mindset with goal orientation
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Willingness to learn and develop brand expertise
• Ability to work part time hours in store
