Client Advisor - Edmonton

As a Client Advisor at Moncler in Edmonton, you will serve as a Brand Ambassador, delivering exceptional client experiences and embodying the Moncler Client Promise. You will work closely with the store team to achieve and exceed individual and store goals, while supporting Visual Merchandising or Training needs.

• Perform as a team player and contribute to the overall objectives of the store.
• Welcome every client and provide the utmost client experience in accordance with Moncler standards.
• Develop and cultivate long-lasting client relationships through engaging conversation and active clientele management.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals and key KPIs.
• Collaborate with operations and store leadership to ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures.
• Support inventory preparation and execution as necessary.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and respect Moncler Brand standards.

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Client-centric individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fashion-forward with a passion for the Brand and the fashion/luxury goods industry.
• Professional presentation and effective communication skills in English.
• Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools.
