Client Advisor

Summary

The Client Advisor is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, exceeding individual and store sales goals, and cultivating long-term client relationships. This role requires strong product knowledge, operational proficiency, and adherence to brand standards to create an outstanding client experience. The Advisor supports store operations, visual standards, and contributes to team performance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve client advisor metrics, CRM requirements, and individual sales targets.
• Build and maintain client books and manage customer correspondence and follow ups.
• Assist with special requests such as repairs, special orders, and returns.
• Use POS and inventory systems accurately and update customer database.
• Participate in stocking and restocking, store maintenance, and opening/closing duties as assigned.
• Support visual merchandising standards under direction from VM and management.
• Train new Client Advisors on product knowledge, store procedures, and policies.
• Adhere to loss prevention, health and safety, and all store policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience, luxury retail preferred.
• High school diploma required; strong organizational skills and digital literacy.
• Proven ability to use POS and inventory management functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a results driven attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain professional appearance.
• Flexible availability including some nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
• RTW experience and foreign language skills are a plus.
