Client Advisor

Summary

As a Client Advisor in Vancouver you will provide outstanding customer service and work to exceed individual and store sales goals by building long-lasting client relationships. You will tailor the in-store experience, maintain client books using in-house CRM tools, and support daily store operations. The role requires professional representation of the brand and adherence to store policies, loss prevention, and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve client advisor critical metrics, CRM requirements, and sales targets.
• Build and maintain client books; follow up on client inquiries and communications.
• Assist with special requests including repairs, special orders, and returns.
• Use POS and inventory management systems accurately; update customer database.
• Participate in stocking/restocking, store maintenance, and visual merchandising.
• Support opening/closing procedures and participate in team meetings and training of new advisors.
• Adhere to store policies, loss prevention, and health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Strong drive for results and goal oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with POS systems and inventory functions; organizational and digital literacy required.
• Ready-to-wear (RTW) experience preferred; foreign language skills a plus.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
