Summary
Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional luxury retail service, meeting sales goals and maintaining client relationships while supporting store operations at the Las Vegas Fontainebleau location.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and appointments
- Develop new clients via appointments and consignments and inform clients of new collections and events
- Utilize company selling techniques including cross-selling and upselling to maximize transactions
- Establish and maintain client profile records and nurture strong client relationships
- Maintain product knowledge through training resources
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures including cycle counts and light cleaning
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and general store maintenance
- Comply with company policies and promote a respectful work environment
- Be available for scheduled shifts including evenings, weekends, annual inventory and holiday season
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience, preferably luxury
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Strong clienteling skills and ability to build a loyal client following
- Good verbal and written communication and polished professional appearance
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Available to work closing shifts at least three times per week and specified weekend schedule
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages of 5-8 lbs regularly
- Team-oriented with strong work ethic and high energy
