Client Advisor - Fort Worth

Summary

As a Client Advisor you will deliver the Tiffany experience by creating memorable, personalized interactions that deepen client relationships and drive repeat business. This in-store role focuses on exceeding commercial targets through clienteling, styling, and exceptional service. The position requires strong communication, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to represent the brand with passion.

Responsibilities

• Embody the Tiffany brand and deliver exceptional client experiences using the Tiffany Touch.
• Build and maintain client relationships, capture client data, and cultivate repeat business.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Drive outreach and appointments, convert clients through discovery and styling, and promote key product pillars.
• Optimize in-store hospitality and act on NPS feedback to elevate client experiences.
• Use POS and client tracking systems to manage sales and client interactions.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-facing roles such as hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial results and meeting sales goals.
• Ability to connect with a diverse client base and deliver personalized service.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States; college degree and multilingual skills are preferred.
