Responsibilities

• Create exceptional client experiences and build lasting relationships with a diverse clientele
• Act as a personal advisor delivering tailored product knowledge and styling guidance
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through strategic selling and clienteling
• Maintain high standards of luxury service presentation and store visual appearance
• Collaborate with team members to support store goals and client follow up
• Manage client appointments and proactive outreach to grow client base
• Work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holiday periods
