Client Advisor - Greenwich

Summary

Deliver the brand experience by building client relationships and driving sales in a luxury retail environment. Act as a brand ambassador using personalized service to deepen client loyalty and achieve store sales targets. Maintain product knowledge and use POS and client tracking systems to support sales and service activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deepen relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plans.
• Capture and maintain accurate client data using client tracking systems.
• Deliver memorable in-store experiences using the brand service approach.
• Drive business through key product pillars and personalized selling ceremonies.
• Optimize hospitality and store amenities to enhance the client experience.
• Act as a brand ambassador demonstrating professional communication and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, hospitality or relevant client-related roles.
• Proven track record of achieving sales results.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems and email.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college degree or gemology coursework and proficiency in additional languages.
