Client Advisor

As a Client Advisor at Gucci Austin, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, meeting their individual needs and expectations, and promoting the philosophy and values of the Gucci brand. You will create a branded, luxury client experience and act as a Gucci Ambassador.

• Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate excellent product knowledge.
• Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring high-quality sales and customer service.
• Capture meaningful customer data to build relationships and personalize client development opportunities.
• Maintain an organized client book and provide follow-up on sales or client requests.
• Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients.
• Work as a team player and foster open communication with colleagues.
• Maintain security standards and contribute to visual display of products.
• Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, primarily on weekends.
• 1+ years of service-related work experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency with technology.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
