Client Advisor

As a Client Advisor at Gucci Charleston, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, meeting their individual needs and expectations, and serving as a Gucci Ambassador. You will create a branded, luxury client experience and promote the philosophy and values of the brand.

• Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate excellent product knowledge.
• Drive individual KPI goals and ensure high-quality sales.
• Capture meaningful customer data for client development opportunities.
• Maintain an organized client book and provide follow-up on sales or client requests.
• Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients.
• Work as a team player and foster open communication with colleagues.
• Maintain security standards and contribute to visual display standards.
• Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, primarily on weekends.
• 1+ years of service-related work experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency with technology.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
