Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service following the brand selling ceremony
- Capture and maintain accurate client data using CRM tools
- Maintain an organized and up to date client book with regular follow up
- Advise clients on trends and product knowledge demonstrating passion for luxury fashion
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent client experience
- Maintain store security, visual standards, understock and stock room organization
- Adhere to brand image standards and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales or similar customer service experience
- Proven ability to drive sales and build lasting customer relationships
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong organization
- Accuracy and attention to detail with strong follow up skills
- Team focused with ability to collaborate effectively
- Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment with flexibility
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
