The Client Advisor delivers a branded luxury client experience by meeting individual client needs, promoting the brand philosophy, and driving sales through exceptional service and product knowledge. The role supports store performance through client relationship management, visual standards, and teamwork in a fast paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store monthly and seasonal sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and convey product and brand knowledge during the selling ceremony
- Drive and exceed individual KPI goals through high quality sales interactions
- Capture and maintain accurate customer data in CRM and manage an organized client book
- Follow up with clients regularly and provide appropriate post sale service
- Support visual merchandising and maintain store presentation to brand standards
- Maintain organized understock and stock room and adhere to image guidelines
- Maintain store security standards to protect customers colleagues and merchandise
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales or similar customer service experience
- Proven ability to drive sales results and build lasting client relationships
- Excellent oral and written communication and strong organizational skills
- Accuracy attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Team focused with ability to collaborate effectively
- Ability to work in a dynamic fast moving environment and adapt to customer needs
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
