Summary
The Client Advisor is a luxury retail ambassador responsible for delivering best-in-class service, deepening client relationships, and achieving sales objectives through personalized experiences both in-store and remotely. This role requires strong product knowledge, styling ability, and commitment to brand values while supporting store operations and visual standards.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage clients to build relationships and deliver personalized service in-store and remotely.
- Drive individual and store sales results through effective selling techniques and KPI monitoring.
- Recruit new clients and develop existing client base using clienteling and virtual appointments.
- Provide product storytelling, styling advice, and expert product knowledge to guide purchasing decisions.
- Accurately process POS transactions and capture client information.
- Support stock maintenance, inventories, and general store administration.
- Maintain visual display standards and follow grooming and operational policies.
- Collaborate with team members to promote a client centric and solution oriented environment.
- Stay current on fashion trends competitive landscape and participate in trainings.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of luxury fashion sales or similar customer service experience.
- Proven track record of driving sales and building lasting client relationships.
- Strong communication skills and commercial awareness.
- High degree of professionalism integrity and ethical conduct.
- Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast moving dynamic environment.
