Client Advisor - Highland Park

Summary

Seeking a Client Advisor to drive individual and store sales at the Highland Park Village store. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining client relationships, and supporting store operations to uphold the brand image.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Use product knowledge to maximize sales and transaction value
• Capture and maintain customer information in the database
• Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes
• Maintain and expand a client book and consistently follow up with clients
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control when requested
• Support general housekeeping and maintenance of the store image
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years retail experience with a focus on sales, preferably luxury
• Business school, university degree, or equivalent experience
• Computer literate and able to learn various software packages
• Client book holders strongly preferred
• Service oriented with strong customer focus
• Passion for luxury products and appreciation for design
• Foreign language skills a plus
