Summary
Provide outstanding luxury retail service by building meaningful client relationships, meeting sales goals, and tailoring in-store experiences while maintaining brand standards and using clienteling tools and POS systems to drive business.
Responsibilities
- Achieve client advisor metrics and CRM requirements
- Meet or exceed store category and individual sales goals
- Build and maintain client books and follow through on client inquiries and special requests
- Use POS system accurately and update customer database
- Assist with stocking and store maintenance tasks
- Participate in opening and closing duties and morning team meetings as needed
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code and grooming standards
- Support visual standards with direction from visual merchandisers and management
- Adhere to loss prevention and health and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience, luxury retail preferred
- High school diploma minimum
- Strong drive for results and goal oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use POS and inventory management functions
- Organizational skills and strong digital literacy
- Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 10lbs
- Foreign language skills and ready to wear experience preferred
