Summary

Act as a brand ambassador to deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience, guiding clients through the brand world and fostering long-term relationships. Maximize individual and team sales by identifying client needs, offering personalized service, and supporting omnichannel initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and provide excellent in-store service following the client journey ceremony.
• Capture and maintain customer data in CRM to develop personalized relationships and future opportunities.
• Support omnichannel sales and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent client experience.
• Proactively engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve individual targets and KPIs.
• Maintain product, brand, and fashion trend knowledge and handle customer complaints appropriately.
• Uphold visual merchandising and shop floor standards and follow stock and security procedures.

Requirements

• Passion for selling and retail with interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design.
• Experience building long-lasting client relationships and delivering personalized service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, result-driven mindset, and problem-solving ability.
• Product knowledge of the managed category; English required, additional languages a plus.
