Summary
Provide exceptional luxury retail service by building lasting client relationships, meeting sales goals, and tailoring in-store experiences. Use clienteling tools and POS systems to maintain customer records and support store operations while representing the brand professionally.
Responsibilities
- Achieve client advisor metrics and CRM requirements
- Meet or exceed store category and individual sales goals
- Build and maintain client books and follow through on client inquiries
- Assist with special requests such as repairs, special orders, and returns
- Participate in stocking and store maintenance tasks
- Use POS and inventory systems accurately and update customer database
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code and store policies
- Support visual merchandising and follow direction from VM and management
- Participate in training and team meetings and may open or close the store
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience, luxury retail preferred
- High school diploma minimum
- Strong drive for results and goal oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use POS and inventory management functions
- Organizational skills and strong digital literacy
- Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 10lbs and work in a team environment
