The Client Advisor delivers a personalized luxury shopping experience and drives sales of watches, accessories, and services. The role builds lasting client relationships, supports boutique operations, and represents the brand.

Responsibilities

• Host clients and provide exceptional, individualized service while exceeding sales targets.
• Generate sales opportunities, recruit prospects, and maintain client relationships through CRM and clienteling.
• Handle customer service requests and complete operational tasks with care.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and support boutique organization and team goals.
• Represent the brand and develop strong product and industry knowledge.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in sales or hospitality; sales or hospitality background preferred.
• Fluent in English and comfortable using video chat software.
• Strong communication, selling, relationship-building, and teamwork skills.
• Organized, accountable, resourceful, and results-oriented, with a strong understanding of luxury client service.
