Client Advisor

Summary

The IWC Client Advisor delivers a personalized luxury client experience while achieving individual and boutique sales targets. This role builds lasting client relationships, represents the brand, and supports the boutique's overall performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized service and sell watches, accessories, and services to achieve sales targets.
• Identify sales opportunities, recruit prospective clients, and maintain client relationships through CRM and clienteling activities.
• Handle customer service requests and complete boutique operational tasks with care.
• Represent IWC and its products, history, and partnerships while maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Support the boutique team and take ownership of a functional area such as visual merchandising, operations, customer service, or CRM.

Requirements

• Three to five years of sales or hospitality experience; sales or hospitality background preferred.
• Fluent in English and comfortable using video chat software.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, selling, and teamwork skills.
• Organized, reliable, results-oriented, and able to manage diverse tasks independently.
• Demonstrated understanding of client satisfaction, luxury service, etiquette, and adapting to individual client needs.
