Client Advisor

Summary

Full time retail Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional client service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining visual merchandising and operational standards in the Bloomingdale's Century City women's shop. The role requires building client relationships, participating in store events, and upholding brand presentation and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets
• Establish and maintain client relationships and manage communications
• Provide high standards of client service at all times
• Maintain selling floor presentation merchandise and store standards
• Participate in special events and projects such as sample sales and inventory
• Adhere to store and company procedures and operational guidelines
• Support team with all other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• College degree preferred
• Prior retail experience with high end goods and clientele oriented sales
• Availability for open scheduling including weekends in a seven day a week operation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
• Outgoing energetic professional demeanor representing the brand lifestyle
• Strong independent work ethic excellent time management and integrity
