Client Advisor

As a Client Advisor at Jil Sander Livermore, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals in a luxury retail environment. You will be responsible for understanding and communicating the brand's values while fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction.

• Reach and surpass monthly sales goals as determined by Management.
• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of all products in assigned Product category and keep up-to-date on all Product categories in Store.
• Manage sales and optimize each step of sales process ensuring all clients receive highest degree of sophistication and enjoyable service possible.
• Provide strong customer service skills to ensure courteous and precise customer satisfaction.
• Follow-up with clients through telephone calls, letters, cards and special announcements.
• Collaborate with other colleagues to achieve business objectives.
• Maintain visual merchandising criteria and quantities per Company standards and guidelines.
• Participate in the inventory process and maintain a clean and organized store.

• 4+ years in premium / luxury commission sales environment.
• Previous retail customer service experience in luxury market.
• Excellent customer services skills and communication proficiency.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to eight hours in a workday and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
