The Client Advisor delivers an exceptional luxury customer experience and serves as a Prada brand ambassador. The role builds meaningful client relationships, provides personalized service, and contributes to individual and store sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, understand their needs, and provide service throughout the client journey.
• Exceed sales and KPI goals while demonstrating strong product and brand knowledge.
• Use CRM tools to capture client information, follow up, and develop long-term relationships.
• Conduct in-person and virtual appointments and support an integrated omnichannel experience.
• Resolve client concerns and maintain high standards of product care.
• Support store operations, stockroom organization, security, cash handling, inventory, and reporting procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide a consistent client experience and positive work environment.

Requirements
