The Client Advisor - Key Holder is the primary point of contact for clients, delivering personalized luxury service, driving sales, and maintaining the brand image. This role builds client relationships, develops a client book, and supports store operations and merchandising to uphold brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with a warm, professional, and personalized approach.
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice tailored to client needs.
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and meeting sales targets.
- Maintain high client satisfaction and encourage repeat business through follow ups and events.
- Develop and manage a client book and personalized engagement activities.
- Ensure store presentation and merchandising align with brand guidelines.
- Process transactions and operate the POS system efficiently.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product care.
- Support back office functions and participate in visual merchandising activities.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong interpersonal and storytelling skills to engage clients.
- Proven sales driven mindset with ability to meet targets.
