Job Description

Summary

The Client Advisor - Key Holder is the primary point of contact for clients, delivering personalized luxury service, driving sales, and maintaining the brand image. This role builds client relationships, develops a client book, and supports store operations and merchandising to uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients with a warm, professional, and personalized approach.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice tailored to client needs.
  • Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and meeting sales targets.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction and encourage repeat business through follow ups and events.
  • Develop and manage a client book and personalized engagement activities.
  • Ensure store presentation and merchandising align with brand guidelines.
  • Process transactions and operate the POS system efficiently.
  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product care.
  • Support back office functions and participate in visual merchandising activities.

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong interpersonal and storytelling skills to engage clients.
  • Proven sales driven mindset with ability to meet targets.
  • Customer centric approach and passion for personalized service.
  • Cultural awareness and ability to interact with international clientele.
  • Team player with collaborative spirit.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
  • Multilingual skills preferred.
  • Authorization to work in the United States and ability to provide proof of eligibility.
