Client Advisor/Key Holder

Summary

The Client Advisor/Key Holder serves as the primary point of contact for clients at the Boca Raton store, delivering a personalized luxury shopping experience to drive sales and foster loyalty. This role combines expert product knowledge, styling guidance, and clienteling while upholding the brand’s visual and service standards. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with a warm, professional, and personalized approach
• Provide expert product knowledge and tailored styling advice to meet client needs
• Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and achieving individual targets
• Develop and maintain a client book, conduct follow-ups, and organize personal styling sessions and events
• Manage POS transactions, inventory replenishment, visual merchandising, and back-office support

Requirements

• Previous retail experience in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle brands
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to engage clients
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to build and maintain client loyalty
• Cultural awareness and comfort serving an international clientele; multilingual candidates preferred
• Collaborative team player with flexible availability for early/late shifts, weekends, and holidays
