As a Client Advisor Keyholder at Forum Shops, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. You will act as a Client Experience Manager and Manager on Duty, guiding the sales team and ensuring store operations meet brand standards.

• Engage with clients and embody MONCLER Sales and Service standards consistently.
• Drive individual sales objectives and ensure high levels of customer service.
• Enhance team performance through supervision and coaching.
• Supervise the sales floor and act as CEM and floor manager.
• Capture client information to build relationships and personalize client development.
• Conduct active client outreach and act as a Brand Ambassador.
• Support visual merchandise presentation standards and inventory preparation.
• Interact professionally with management and corporate representatives.
• Adhere to Company initiatives and discuss fashion trends with clients.

• 3-5 years of experience in sales roles within Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies.
• Excellent client service skills and commercial mindset.
• Experience in training and coaching people.
• Ability to drive results through others.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Fluency in local language and proficiency in English.
• Ability to communicate business needs with senior leadership.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
