Summary

Join the store as a Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional luxury retail service and creating memorable experiences for clients. Role focuses on developing long term client relationships using in-house clienteling tools while advising across product categories and supporting sales goals. Position is available as Part Time and Full Time and Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales objectives and targets
• Provide personalized advisory service across the Brand and product categories
• Learn and master Brand and product knowledge to enhance client experiences
• Develop and maintain long term client relationships using clienteling tools
• Act as an ambassador of the Brand through exemplary customer service
• Tailor store experiences to meet client needs and preferences
• Contribute to team performance and collaborate in a fast paced environment

Requirements

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a high end or luxury market
• Strong commercial and sales mindset with a customer centric approach
• Ability to learn quickly and apply Brand and product knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Curiosity, professionalism, and a service oriented attitude
• Comfort working in a fast paced retail environment
