Responsibilities- Achieve all critical metrics and CRM requirements for Client Advisors.
- Meet or exceed sales goals for the store, category, and individual levels.
- Adhere to all store guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Build and maintain client books, address client concerns, and maintain customer correspondence to enhance relationships and drive business.
- Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Participate in stocking/restocking and maintain visual standards as directed.
- Use POS system and other software accurately, updating customer databases.
- Acquire and maintain product knowledge, company information, and industry news.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Fendi dress code and grooming standards.
- Perform store maintenance functions and may be responsible for opening/closing the store.
- Participate in training new Client Advisors and prepare for monthly team meetings.
- Adhere to loss prevention and health and safety guidelines.
Requirements- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- RTW experience preferred; foreign language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift up to 10lbs.
- Minimum High School Diploma required.
- Strong organizational skills and digital literacy.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
