Summary
Deliver the Tiffany client experience by acting as a brand ambassador, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales through personalized service and clienteling. Support store commercial targets through strong communication, product knowledge, and an entrepreneurial approach to growing your own business.
Responsibilities
- Engage clients using the Tiffany touch to create memorable in-store experiences
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Capture and maintain client data using POS and client tracking systems
- Conduct client appointments with curiosity and discovery to convert sales
- Drive business through key product pillars and styling recommendations
- Leverage client feedback and NPS behaviors to enhance the client experience
- Work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
- Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality
- Proven track record of achieving commercial sales results
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base and build relationships
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays
- College degree and Spanish language skills preferred
