Summary

The Client Advisor at Las Vegas Crystals is responsible for delivering exceptional luxury service to drive sales and build lasting client relationships. This role focuses on meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals and KPIs through proactive client outreach, appointments, and personalized selling. The advisor maintains strong product knowledge, upholds visual standards, and supports basic store operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach, appointments, and consignments.
• Utilize the Client Journey and selling techniques (cross-selling, upselling, multiple selling) to maximize each transaction.
• Establish and maintain client profiles and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
• Support store opening and closing tasks, cycle counts, visual merchandising, and general maintenance as requested.
• Continuously update product knowledge through training resources and feedback from management.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and build a loyal client following.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a polished professional appearance.
• Availability for regular closing shifts, weekends, annual inventory, and the holiday season.
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor, climb a ladder, and lift packages of 5-8 lbs regularly.
