Client Advisor - Las Vegas Fontainebleau

We are seeking a Client Advisor to join our dynamic team at Las Vegas Fontainebleau. As a Client Advisor, you will report to the Store Manager and play a key role in achieving sales goals and providing exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and developing new clients.
• Utilize selling techniques such as cross-selling and upselling to maximize transactions.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and maintain client profile records.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures and maintain visual standards.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

• 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Strong interest in fashion and industry trends.
• Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Polished and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to work closing shifts and weekends.
