Summary
Deliver elevated client experiences representing a luxury jewelry brand at the Legacy West location. Build and nurture client relationships, achieve sales targets, and act as a brand ambassador while maintaining high standards of service and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-store client experiences using the brand's selling approach.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Capture and maintain client data using POS and clienteling systems.
- Convert clients through discovery and personalized appointments.
- Leverage product knowledge to drive sales across key product pillars.
- Optimize in-store hospitality and amenities to create memorable moments.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-facing roles such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial sales results.
- Ability to connect with diverse clients and deliver personalized service.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking tools, and email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- College degree and proficiency in multiple languages are desirable.
