Summary

Client Advisor at a luxury retail store providing exceptional personalized service to a diverse and worldly clientele. Role focused on delivering the brand promise through client discovery, product expertise, and long-term relationship building using clienteling tools. Part time position reporting to the Team Manager and working within a fast paced luxury environment at Lenox Square.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experiences by understanding and fulfilling client needs and preferences
• Represent the brand with passion ensuring every interaction reflects company values
• Achieve individual and team sales objectives through effective client engagement
• Develop and maintain long term client relationships using in house clienteling tools
• Learn and master product knowledge across all categories to provide personalized advice
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and dynamic store environment
• Use strategic sales mindset to identify opportunities and support commercial goals

Requirements

• Previous retail experience preferably in a high end or luxury market
• Strong sales and commercial mindset with ability to meet targets
• Passion for building and maintaining meaningful client relationships
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve individual and team performance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence clients
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
