Client Advisor responsible for building and maintaining client relationships within the luxury market while achieving sales goals and upholding brand standards at the Chicago location. Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales objectives and individual KPI targets.
- Provide outstanding personalized customer service and build enduring client relationships.
- Utilize CRM tools to record customer information and support personalized engagement.
- Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes and follow up on inquiries.
- Maintain an organized client book and ensure prompt follow up on sales and events.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and uphold brand image standards.
- Support shipping, receiving, inventory control, stockroom organization, and general housekeeping.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive workplace environment.
Requirements
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building customer relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong follow through.
- Team oriented with ability to collaborate effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Foreign language skills a plus but not required.
